There are two kinds of breakout.
- False breakout (stop hunts)
- Real breakout
This photo shows a real bullish breakout. Considerations to decide whether the market is doing a real breakout can be done by following a check list:
# Identify a candle 1 with the highest high in a consolidation period H1.
# See a bullish candle 2 with open, high, low , close, all above H1.
# See a bullish candle 3 that close over the previous candle's high.
# See another bullish candle 4 that close over the previous candle's high.
The market that gets all above check marks has a high probability to be the real bullish breakout. To enter a long position, a pull back or a tight base price movement should be seen first. Be patient to get this !
