In this post Dr.Graph takes you to see binary option trading of CHFJPY based on the Stop Hunting concept. Firstly, you go to login TradingView.com with your existing facebook account and call up a graph of 1 minute CHFJPY. Then add a custom indicator "Forex Insight Pro 5.0" on the graph. The FIP5 indicator will help you to count CC(5,9) and generate the CC(5,9) support - and CC(5,9) resistance line automatically. You then open your binary option trading terminal provided by your broker. Then set the binary option expiry time to 2-3 minutes depending on the choices provided by your broker (different brokers provide different expiry times). Set you amount of your investment to about 1% - 3% of your account size. This amount is considered a good money management. It does not make you feel bad when the trade becomes the bad ones which are not avoidable from time to time. You then wait to see the price fluctuate largely. This is designed to entice investors to place their premature orders. After that the market makers confined the price bars to range above the light blue support line to collect more buy orders. They then suddenly smashed the price down below the light blue line and stays there for about 10 bars. This stage is called Stop Hunting where the buyers got their stop loss triggered and some sellers got their contract activated. The market makers the snatched the price to close above the light blue line and continue driving the price up orderly. This was a good opportunity to place a CALL order with 2-3 minutes expiry on your trading terminal and got a winning trade a few minutes later. By using TradingView + Forex Insight Pro 5.0 tools to monitor the stop hunts around the CC(5,9) support and resistance lines, you can trade binary option with better results rather than using the terminal provided by your broker.
