In the above weekly chart of TASCO, there are 5 simple moving average lines including pink sma5, yellow sma20, red sma40, aqua sma50 and white sma150.
At the left most of the chart, condensation of these sma lines could be seen easily. Separation of them occurred during the great price rally form 5.98 to 43.50 THB. The end of this rally could be observed from the failed support of the pink sma5 line as well as the bearish price and STO533 divergence.
The long bear market followed the peak of 43.50 THB during which sma lines had shown developments in the following series of events:
pink crossed below yellow,
pink crossed below red,
pink crossed below aqua and
pink crossed below white.
Up to this point, a bullish divergence of price and sto533 could be clearly observed.
